This special production brings together a group of fabulous women from a broad range of musical backgrounds to join the global tribute to the most extraordinary singer-songwriter, musician of our times, Bob Dylan, in celebration of his 80th Birthday.
On this evening The Lesser Spotted Bob Tits will feature Izzy Miller Bell, Lynette Diaz & Eileen Reid on vocals and guitars alongside Susan Grant on finger-style /slide guitar with special guests, Sonia Wilson and Anna Bowen.
All songwriters/composers in their own right, the Bobs Tits will present their own arrangements of some lesser-known but highly significant gems among Dylan's prolific yield, mingled with a fair sprinkling of faves from across the years in a programme delivered with class, attitude, passion and a whole lot of soul.
Following on from a packed-out performance at the Christchurch Folk Music Club, the Bob Tits are about to embark on a series of South Island dates kicking off at A Rolling Stone, one of Christchurch's premier live performance venues, before heading to the delights of Oamaru's quirky and magical gallery and artspace, The Grainstore.
