Me For You, You For Me

Out in 2010, this song came from a belief in community and dignity — the notion that a single person can set change in motion, and that many generous hearts working together build something lasting.

It was written for the collection Merging Landscapes – Songs of Community and recorded at Night Shift Studios in Christchurch, with engineer Arnie Van Bussel, guitar from Graham Wardrop, and backing vocals by Diana Hickey.

Take A Step Forward (And Go)

A bright and uplifting single from 09/27/2019 that honours courage and the act of stepping past fear and obligations that were never really yours.

Wake Up, Wake Up!

The song began life as a simple instrumental called "Butterflies (If Nothing Ever Changed)" — a reminder that making music is a lovely and transforming journey.

Shift Your Spirit

Penned in 2008 and still a regular in live street sets, this song balances out the cover tunes and is offered as a free download. If it resonates with you, share it with someone else.
