Lyrics: Wake Up, Wake Up!
Wake up, go out, feel the cool earth underneath your feet, underneath your feet, and breathe. Simple does it, simple matter—listen to the breeze or elemental things, ’cause Mother Nature sings. Heading nowhere, we’re already somewhere, we’re already free, dancing endlessly, we’re energetic beings. Wake up, wake up, see the stars that fill the sky, kiss of sun at daylight rise, hold your heart or hold a hand, say a prayer, sing a song, trust yourself—we all belong. Wake up, go out, feel the cool earth underneath your feet, underneath your feet, and breathe. Life is so much more than what we bargained for, but believe—we are free, we are free!

Lyrics: Take A Step Forward (And Go)
Fears aside, false obligations out the door. Time to ride—the magic carpet’s where you’ll soar. Chorus: Take a step forward, take a step forward, take a step forward, and go (repeat). You’re the rocket, breakin’ free; high above you’re likin’ exactly what you’ll see. Chorus. Bridge: Here’s the spark, here’s the flame, here is where you’ll smile again. Chorus.

Curiosity (2019 Demo)
Find a map and point your finger, find your curiosity. That world is not a big bad place—it’s flesh and bones like you and me. Curiosity, curiosity. Digging deep we’ll find the treasure, hidden truths, philosophy, excavating buried knowledge, leading to our quickening. Bridge: Soon we’ll learn to love ourselves, then begin to love our neighbours—great blue ball of many people, courage to embrace us all. Curiosity, curiosity. Find a map and point your finger, find your curiosity. The world is not a big bad place—it’s flesh and bones like you and me, like you and me. Curiosity, curiosity.
Freedom Is A Road (2019 Demo)
Oh those hours when darkness sets in, troubles fill your head, making it spin, wishing that the dawn would light up the sky, drive away your struggles in the blink of an eye. Chorus: Freedom is a road to the other side (repeat). Loving what is means doing without all the baggage that leaves you in doubt, freeing your mind, living in kind, being your truth, living no lies. Chorus (repeat).
Headlights (2018 Demo)
All Is Fine (2018 Electric Mix)
And all is fine, is fine when we’re in time. When you wake and light shines through the blinds, when the day is done and you close your weary eyes, do you grasp the wonders of what you’ve seen? What is past makes way for what will be. Chorus: And all is fine, is fine when we’re in time. When you look into your lover’s eyes, holding hand on that long train ride, in your heart you’ll know what this day brings—makes real all your hopes and dreams. Chorus. Bridge: Can you remember? Just remember. Can you remember just how you feel inside? Can you feel it? Can you remember? Just remember how you feel inside, right now! Chorus.
How Do You Make A Great Love? (Electric Demo 2019)
How do you make a great love, a great love? How do you make it great? How do you keep things flowing like the calmest seas, keep the tempest away? Chorus: Why do we make it harder than it has to be? Why do we make it harder? Oh, we can keep our dignity, our sanity—yeah, there’s a way to be, just be. I used to think I walked upon solid ground until the walls came down. Structures I used to know, called my own, crumbled fast, leaving ruins in my path. Chorus. Bridge: Here’s my tabula rasa of growth possibilities—a different kind of lightness washing over me. Chorus (repeat).

My Truth (Demo 2018)
I speak my truth not because I want to but because I have to—that’s what I do, I do. That’s what I do, I do. How’s about you? And you, and you… How’s about you? Hey, I’m not here for just breathing, not here just to earn a buck, no, no, not here for just playing games or hoping for a little luck. I’m gonna be me, be me, be me—in this world don’t want to be stuck. I’m gonna free me, yeah, yeah, yeah—yeah, I’m gonna be me, that’s gonna free me. Well, I’m looking for salvation but not looking to be saved, no, no—salvation comes from inside, ain’t gonna find it at that grave. No, ain’t gonna find it at the grave, not me, no. I speak my truth not because I want to but because I have to—that’s what I do, I do. That’s what I do, I do. How’s about you? And you, and you… How’s about you?
Everyday Song (2019 Demo)
Everybody needs an everyday song to get you through the everyday throng of birth and death and in-between—for most of us, the average scene. Chorus: Well, everyone, yeah, everyone, everyone goes away (repeat). Everyday I build a karmic bridge to links with people all around; good or evil, I forge a trail that I have to walk along. It’s not unusual at the end of the day to feel spent and needy in some way, feeling past along on that conveyor built of human struggle and pained self-doubt. Chorus. Everyone goes away someday. Can’t blame others when you’ve lost the glow—the way you play or treat your soul—toil and tumble and fall in line, losing track of what’s Divine. Chorus. Everyone goes away someday (repeat).

The Redwood Demo Session (2018) by Lynette Diaz
A 100-year-old redwood in Christchurch Botanical Garden has weathered lightning strikes and major earthquakes, and it will stand for many hundreds of years to come. That tree inspired “Solace,” a hopeful instrumental reflecting on grief, love, and growth.

The New Moon Session (April 2018) by Lynette Diaz
Inspiration came easily today. After some time spent hugging trees and taking in the autumn colours, I headed home and wrote and recorded “Fresh Eyes (I’m Doing Fine).”
